Jotun Steelmaster 1200 WF Intumescent Coating is the most efficient thin-film water-borne intumescent coating for 120 minutes of fire protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fire.

How to use Jotun Steelmaster 1200 WF Intumescent Coating
Jotun Steelmaster 1200 WF Intumescent Coating is specially designed as passive fire protection for steel constructions. It is suitable for structural steel exposed to internal environments up to C3 corrosive category as defined in ISO 12944-2. To secure lasting adhesion to the subsequent product all surfaces shall be clean, dry and free from any contamination.
All Intumescent Coatings should be applied over a compatible primer. The Intumescent coating then has to be applied to the correct loading which is determined by the steel size. At Elmbridge we can offer to calculate the loading and then quantify the material required for the particular project. Please call for your tailor-made specification.
