Jotun Tankguard HB
Jotun Tankguard HB is a two-component polyamine cured epoxy coating that has good chemical resistance.
Who’s Jotun Tankguard HB for
Jotun Tankguard HB can be used as a primer, mid coat, or finish coat in atmospheric and immersed environments and is suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and concrete substrates. Tankguard HB can be used in the marine industry as an internal tank coating for grey water, drilling mud, brine, and crude oil tanks. It can also be used as a protective internal lining for offshore, onshore, and buried tanks and pipes.
Jotun Tankguard HB can be applied using airless spray, or a brush is recommended for stripe coating and small areas with care taken to achieve the specified film thickness. A roller must only be used for applying to scallops, ratholes and small pipes etc.
