Meranti AC TC100 Acid Catalysed Topcoat
Meranti AC TC100 Acid Catalysed Topcoat is a two-pack, white topcoat which is extremely good value for money. It is a useful coat-on-coat system for wooden substrates which is easily applied by all types of spray guns. It cures by adding 10% Meranti AC Hardener and has good thixotropic properties and resistance to yellowing.
Features of Meranti AC TC100 Acid Catalysed Topcoat
Meranti AC TC100 Acid Catalysed Topcoat has excellent substrate wetting (MDF, porous veneers and ‘fine line’) and good adherence to MDF boards and different woods. It has very good performance on vertical applications and is perfect for over-varnishing with itself as a coat-on-coat system. Meranti AC TC100 Acid Catalysed Topcoat provides wetting, pigmentation, whiteness, levelling, fast drying and resistance to rubbing and scratching.
Typical Paint System
First coat of Meranti ACTC100, followed by one coat of Meranti ACPR100.
