XCalibur Crack Detection System
XCalibur Crack Detection System is a 3 Part system which highlights cracks and flaws in a finished weld. It conforms to BS6443, BS EN 571, ASME V and ASTM E-165.

How to use XCalibur Crack Detection System
1. Use the cleaner to wipe dry.
2. Spray the Penetrant, and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Wipe away the Penetrant from the surface.
4. Use the Cleaner on a dry cloth, wiping in one direction only.
5. Wipe dry.
6. Shake Thoroughly and then spray on the Developer.
7. Leave for 10 minutes.
8. Remove the Developer and dye using the Cleaner.
