Jotun Penguard HSP ZP
Jotun Penguard HSP ZP is a two-component amine cured epoxy coating which Is fast drying, zinc phosphate pigmented, high solids and high build and specially designed for new construction where fast dry to handle and over-coating times are required.
Who is Jotun Penguard HSP ZP for?
Jotun Penguard HSP ZP can be used as a primer or in atmospheric environments. It is suitable for properly prepared aluminium, carbon steel substrates. Penguard HSP ZP is recommended for structural steel and pipping to be exposed to corrosive environments for example power plants, airports, buildings, refineries, and mining equipment. It designed as a primer for Jotun’s Steelmaster Intumescent thin film passive fire protection coatings.
Jotun Penguard HSP ZP can be applied using airless spray, or a brush is recommended for stripe coating and small areas with care taken to achieve the specified dry film thickness
