Thanks for shopping at Elmbridge. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of products from our website, we’re here to help.

Cancellations and Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item* purchased from our website from the date you received it.

Your item must be returned to Elmbridge completely unused, within the original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a return. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the returns process, please email the Elmbridge returns department at [email protected].

Unfortunately, Elmbridge is unable to cover any shipping and admin costs incurred during the cancellation/returns process. These must be paid for by yourselves.

*Paint items we mix to specific colours are not eligible for return unless there’s an issue with the item or the colour is mixed wrong.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please get in touch with Elmbridge returns department at [email protected] for processing.

Wrong Colour Received

If you have received a paint item that we mixed to a specific colour and the colour appears wrong, please contact [email protected] and return the paint to us where it will be checked.

Refunds / Exchanges

Once Elmbridge receives your item, we will notify you of its arrival and the refund/exchange status, after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All goods should be suitably wrapped/packaged to ensure safe handling and protection during transit.
