Mixing and dosing unit for multi-colour applications.

The WAGNER 2K COMFORT is a new electronically controlled mixing and dosing unit for multi-colour applications. Compared to the WAGNER 2K Smart, it can process up to 25 colours and four components at the same time. For a highly efficient coating process, the unit can also be integrated into a field bus system.

Colour change in less than one minute – saves up to 90% solvent during colour change.

Flexibility

Building the fluid part in a closed cabinet with enough space allows for the use of different measuring systems, the possibility to mix up to four components and connect up to 25 colours. Extending the unit is, for example with further colours, is also possible.

Easy handling

Intuitive menu navigation via colour display and four control elements – start, stop, flush and recipe change.

High reliability

The exact measurement of the material flows via gear flow meter, stroke sensor or Coriolis flow meter and the precise dosing with the WAGNER injection valves ensure constant mixing ratios and high homogenization even with the smallest mixing ratios.
