Jotun Penguard Express ZP
Jotun Penguard Express ZP is a two-component amine cured epoxy coating which is fast drying, zinc phosphate pigmented, high solids and high build. It is specially designed for new construction where fast dry to handle and over coating times are required and can also be applied at sub-zero temperatures.
Who is Jotun Penguard Express ZP for?
Jotun Penguard Express ZP can be used as a primer, mid coat, finish coat, or as a single coat system in atmospheric environments and is suitable for properly prepared carbon steel substrates and can be used on structural steel and popping to be exposed to highly corrosive environments. Penguard Express ZP is recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings, and mining equipment
Jotun Penguard Express ZP can be applied using airless spray, or a brush is recommended for stipe coating and small areas with care taken to achieve the specified dry film thickness.
